6 months after i started using the @UltrahumanHQ cyborg my HBA1C is now at 5.6 - i used to be around 9.5 It took discipline and learning to listen to what my body was telling me. Now the tough part is to maintain it.
Was able to make a significant difference in weight in the last 12 days that I have been using @UltrahumanHQ Cyborg. Got it down from 77.8 to 74.6 and all the while not being too hard on myself. Also number of steps have gradually increased from 10K to 11.2K.
